God according to the munchkins...

While reading the story of Jonah-
Me: "Can Jonah really hide from God?"
Munchkin- "No"
Me- "Can you hide from God?"
Munchkin- "No."
Me- "Why can't we hide from God?"
Munchkin- "He'll get angry."
Me- "Yes, but we can't really hide because God sees everything, right?"
Munckin- "Yes"
Me- "So what did we learn from this story? When God tells us to do something...."
Munchkin- "We do it!"
Me- "What does God tell you to do?"
Munchkin- "Set the table."
Me- "Awesome! What else?"
Munchkin- "Feed my Morgan, my cat."
Me- "Does God tell you to be nice to others?"
Munchkin- "Yes"

America- we have learned two of the most important things God wants us to do. From the mouth of a 5 year old, we know that we are supposed to serve others and love.

Matthew 18:1-5
1About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Which of us is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?" 2Jesus called a small child over to him and put the child among them. 3Then he said, "I assure you, unless you turn from your sins and become as little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. 4Therefore, anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. 5And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me.
