I've finished some books that are not on the summer reading list:
Roald Dahl: The Vicar of Nibbleswick, The Magic Finger, The Twits, and The Witches
cute reads. each about 70 pages or less... except for the witches... about 200. i finished 3 of them in one day.
E.B. White: Stuart Little, and Charlotte's Web
Lemme just say. SL was a yawn... and if you've seen the movie version of Charlotte's Web, you've read the book.
