Reader response to Star Girl by Jerry Spinellioi. so im not supposed to even read this for class... but i read it whilst subbing this week... there's an awesome book on tape version... unabridged... that's read by john ritter. it's lovely.
the book is an awesome read so far. 186 pages... and i'm just gracing the half-way point.
I can really relate to it in a lot of ways... although i do think that it is a little far-fetched.... 1 girl changing the mentalities of all of her fellow classmates??? it quickly resumes to adolescent normality as everyone in the class almost shuns her... but i have to finish this later... i must read... for tomorrow is my last day at washington in this classroom... and it's only a half day!
